DeWalt XR 20V Battery Dock
The 4T Power Systems Remote Control RV slide-out tool with Volt/Ammeter is designed for RVs and Travel Trailers with Schwintek, Slim-rack, Through-Frame, and BAL single motor Cable Slide-outs. It is the companion box to the RV lighting and brake tester box for the RV technician. Made in Piedmont, South Dakota, by 4T Power Systems, this item includes 3 remote controls and various cables to manipulate slides and electric leveling jack legs, all in one convenient unit.
The *DeWalt XR 20V tool battery dock does not include a switch; remove the battery when not in use. The onboard converter is set to approximately 13.6 VDC and can provide up to 25 amps through the SAE connector. The Tool battery can also provide 20 VDC via the Molex connector, with the amperage only limited by the battery itself.
The three included remotes will activate and reverse the power to all four connectors. The On/Off remote will latch the system in normal polarity when the box-mounted switch is in the On position, for bench testing Furnaces, Water pumps, etc. LED lights on the unit indicate which polarity is activated: Orange-Normal, Purple-Reversed. The two Schwintek connectors are in opposition to each other and have no logic; they provide full power to one or both motors. Do not hold buttons when the slide is fully extended or retracted, as damage to the rack system can occur.
Two Circuit breakers protect your Trailer and tester: a 20-amp breaker for the SAE and Schwintek circuit, and an internal self-resetting 50-amp breaker. A short in the wiring can trip the breakers; the internal will self-activate once cooled down, while the external 20 requires just a push of the button to reset.
*Cables included: 2) 10' fully functional Schwintek intermediate cables. 1) 30" Schwintek cable, 1) 4' Molex 12ga cable with quick connect end, 1) 6" SAE with quick connection, 1) 8" connector for electric leveling legs. 1) Schwintek to Slim-rack adapter cable. The Schwintek cables can be linked together to form a fully functioning emergency cable.
